When placing your pasabuy or pre-order, you agree to be legally bound by these terms:

 

PRE-ORDER

  • Limited Stock and Allocation: Please be aware that the availability of pre-order items is limited and can be allocated. This means that we cannot always guarantee that every pre-order will be fulfilled. We will do our best to secure the item(s) you pre-order, but availability is subject to supplier or distributor allocations.
  • Non-Transferable Payment and Refunds: Payment for pre-order items is strictly non-transferable. In the event that the item becomes out of stock and the allocation is officially announced by the supplier or distributor, you may request a refund for your payment. Refunds will only be processed in such circumstances.
  • No Exchanges: Once an item is preordered, we strictly do not allow exchanges. Please ensure that you have chosen the correct item before placing your pre-order.
  • First-Come, First-Serve Basis: Pre-orders are processed on a strictly first-order, first-serve basis. Placing your order early increases your chances of securing the item(s) from the initial release.
  • Reservation and Downpayment: We strictly require a downpayment to reserve your pre-order item. No downpayment means no reservation or order placement.
  • Shipment and Delivery Time: Please note that numerous factors can affect the shipment of pre-order items, especially as they are sourced from overseas. We ask for your extreme patience as items may arrive before or after the estimated time of arrival (ETA).
  • Delays: In certain cases, pre-ordered items may experience unforeseen delays beyond our control. We apologize for any inconvenience caused by these delays. However, please note that we do not offer refunds solely based on delays. We will make every effort to communicate updates regarding the expected release or shipping date of your pre-ordered items. There are numerous factors that affect the shipment of items and as you know, all of our items are from overseas. It's important to note that this is not a straightforward off-the-shelf purchase with immediate delivery since this is a cross border as we are importing a large bulk inventory. Additional factors such as distribution delays, shipment delays, customs clearance blockage, payments of taxes and tariff and other uncontrollable variables beyond our influence come into play. We appreciate your understanding and patience, as items may arrive either before or after the estimated time of arrival (ETA).
  • Settlement of Balance and Forfeiture: Upon arrival at our Philippine warehouse, you will be given 5 days to settle the remaining balance. Failure to do so will result in automatic forfeiture of the unpaid balance without prior notice. Additionally, fully paid orders that remain unclaimed after 28 days will be forfeited.
  • Packaging and Liability: We take great care in ensuring that your pre-order items are well-packaged and protected. We use double bubble wrap, multiple boxes, and fragile stickers to maintain the pristine box condition. However, please note that we accept no liability for any damage, delays, or lost packages that occur during transit, as these are beyond our control.
  • First Release and Subsequent Restocks: For highly anticipated items, first-release stock may be limited. In some cases, we may not be able to fulfill all orders during the initial release. However, any unfilled orders will be prioritized and filled by subsequent restocks. We recommend placing your pre-order as early as possible to increase your chances of receiving an item from the first release.

 

PRIVATE WAREHOUSE

  • Price Quote and Fees: The price quote for items stored in our Private Warehouse will be provided in Philippine Peso (PHP). Our Private Warehouse fee is 25% of the total price, which includes handling fees, tariffs, and export tax.
  • International Shipping Fee: Please note that the international shipping fee is not included in the Private Warehouse fee and should be shouldered by the buyer. The buyer is responsible for covering the cost of shipping the items from Japan to the Philippines.
  • Storage Capacity and Fees: Our Private Warehouse allows you to store up to 10 items. We offer free storage for the first 2 months. After the initial 2 months, a monthly storage fee of Php 1,600 per month will be applicable.
  • Shipment and Delivery: We will ship your items directly from Japan to the Philippines when you are ready. Please note that the Cash on Delivery (COD) or Cash on Pick-up (COP) options do not apply to items stored in our Private Warehouse. We recommend making payment before requesting shipment.
  • Import Tax: No additional import tax payment is required when your parcel arrives in the Philippines. You can claim your parcel at your nearest postal office, and in some cases, it may be delivered to your doorstep. This ensures a hassle-free and cost-saving experience for you.
  • Packaging and Liability: We take utmost care to ensure that your items are in pristine condition before sending them. Each item is double bubble wrapped, packed in multiple boxes, and labeled with fragile stickers. However, please note that we accept no liability for any damage, delays, or lost packages that occur during transit, as these are beyond our control.
  • Advantages of Private Warehouse: Using our Private Warehouse service offers several benefits, including hassle-free handling of multiple purchases, cost savings, and peace of mind regarding the condition of your items.

 

PASABUY/PROXY

  • Price Quote and Fees: The price quote for items stored in our Private Warehouse will be provided in Philippine Peso (PHP). Our Pasabuy/Proxy fee is 35% of the total price, which includes handling fees, tariffs, and export tax.
  • International Shipping Fee: Please note that the international shipping fee is included.
  • Delays: In certain cases, pasabuy items may experience unforeseen delays beyond our control. We apologize for any inconvenience caused by these delays. However, please note that we do not offer refunds solely based on delays. We will make every effort to communicate updates regarding the expected release or shipping date of your pre-ordered items. There are numerous factors that affect the shipment of items and as you know, all of our items are from overseas. We require extreme patience as items may arrive before the ETA or later than ETA.
  • Shipment and Delivery: We will ship your items directly from Japan to the Philippines when you are ready. Please note that the Cash on Delivery (COD) or Cash on Pick-up (COP) options do not apply to items stored in our Private Warehouse. We recommend making payment before requesting shipment.
  • Import Tax: No additional import tax payment is required when your parcel arrives in the Philippines. You can claim your parcel at your nearest postal office, and in some cases, it may be delivered to your doorstep. This ensures a hassle-free and cost-saving experience for you.

LOTTERY SALE ORDER:

  • Application Deadline: You can apply for the lottery sale until the specified application deadline. After this deadline, applications will no longer be accepted.
  • Payment for Slot Confirmation: To confirm your slot in the lottery sale, we require payment depending on the service you choose, whether it's PASABUY or PRIVATE WAREHOUSE. The payment must be made within the specified timeframe.
  • First Lottery: Once the application deadline has passed, the first lottery will be held. The winner of the available stock will be randomly selected.
  • Winner's Options: The winner of the lottery will have the option to either "Place an Order" or "Decline the Prize." This choice must be made within the specified period. If the winner fails to place an order within the given timeframe, it will be treated as a decline.
  • Second Lottery: If the winner declines the prize or fails to place an order within the specified period, a second lottery will be held from the pool of remaining participants who did not win in the first lottery. This second lottery will select a new winner from the remaining participants.
  • Stock Availability and Lottery End: The lottery process will continue until the available stock runs out. As soon as the stock is depleted, the lottery will end. Participants who were not selected as winners will have their status on My Page changed from "Waiting for Lottery Result" to "Lost."
  • Repetition of (4) ~ (5): The steps of (4) and (5) will be repeated until the stock runs out. This ensures that all available stock is allocated to participants through the lottery process.

 

LOTTERY SALE DETAILS:

  • Application and Slot Confirmation: To participate in the lottery sale, you must make a payment to confirm your slot. Once you have made the payment, you can proceed with your application.
  • Lottery Process and Winner Notification: After the lottery application period ends, we will conduct the lottery to determine the winners. If your name is selected as a winner, we will contact you directly via email. Please note that time is of the essence, as winners are typically given 24 hours to make the payment for the item. Failure to make the payment within this timeframe will result in the prize being declined, and we may redraw from the pool of participants who applied for other lottery sales.
  • Confirmation of Winners: The winner will be confirmed only after the lottery sale for all participants has concluded. We will review the application status on our end, and if there is no indication of rejection, there is still a possibility of winning.
  • Refunds for Non-Winners: If your name is not selected as a winner after the lottery sale announcement, we will refund your payment in full (100%). However, please note that the refund will follow our standard refund process under the pre-order refund policy. 

Precautions for lottery sales

⚠️ No Simultaneous Ordering: Please note that if you win a lottery for a specific product, you cannot place an order for that product at the same time as ordering other products. If you wish to ship the winning item together with other products, please order only the winning item first and utilize the order recombination feature to consolidate your shipments.

⚠️ No Information on Lottery Status: We regret to inform you that we cannot provide information on the lottery status of the products you have entered. If you have any inquiries about the lottery situation, we apologize for the inconvenience, but we will not be able to provide you with updates or answers.

⚠️ Uncertain Lottery End Date: Due to the nature of our lottery sales, we cannot provide an exact end date for the lottery. The lottery may take some time to conclude, and we appreciate your understanding and patience during this process.

⚠️ Declining Application if Unable to Wait: If you find that you are unable to wait for the lottery to be completed, you have the option to decline your application from the My Page section. This will allow us to proceed accordingly and offer the opportunity to another participant.

⚠️ 100% Refund for Non-Winners: If your name is not selected as a winner, we will issue a 100% refund for the payment made during the lottery sale. The refund process will follow our standard refund process under the pre-order policy.

PRODUCT CONCERNS:

  • Product Condition: While we do our best to provide the best-looking products, we cannot guarantee that every item will be in perfect condition (10/10). We make every effort to ensure that the items we ship are in good condition. However, please understand that minor paint conditions, box conditions, loose joints, common quality control issues, and similar factors are not considered defects and are not subject to exchange unless specifically recalled and announced by the manufacturer.
  • Pre-Shipment Photos: As proof that the items are shipped in good condition, we will send you photos of the items before they are shipped out. These photos serve as documentation of the item's condition prior to shipping.
  • Manufacturer Policies: Items may not be eligible for replacement, depending on the manufacturer's policies. It is important to conduct thorough research and understand the specific policies of the manufacturer before placing an order. Ordering such items is done at your own risk.
  • Exchanges for Damages or Mishandling: Exchanges are not accepted if the item is damaged or mishandled during use. We encourage you to read the instruction manual or watch reviews to ensure proper handling of the item.
  • Variations from Promotional Images: Replacements are not accepted for products that may vary from the promotional images. Please note that prototypes and pre-production items are subject to change by the manufacturer. We strive to provide accurate information, but variations may occur.
  • Packaging and Shipment Damage: Items are carefully packaged with bubble wrap inside and outside the box for added protection. We use recycled but corrugated boxes, which are labeled as Fragile, to ensure the safety of your items during transit. Any damage incurred during shipment is automatically the responsibility of the courier. If any damage occurs, please ensure you have proof of the damage for any claims that may be necessary.
  • The Burden of Proof and Unboxing Video: For any claims regarding missing parts or damages, the burden of proof lies with the individual or party making the claim. We recommend making an unboxing video when you open the item, showing clearly any missing parts or damages. This video should be clear, uncut, and unedited, providing visual evidence of the issue.
  • Fraud and Deceit: We strive to maintain a fair and honest shopping experience. We reserve the right to cancel any claim if we suspect fraud or deceit. We value integrity and will take appropriate actions to protect the rights of all parties involved.

These circumstances may include but are not limited to product unavailability, incorrect pricing or description, suspected fraudulent activity, or any other situation that may compromise the integrity of the transaction. If an order is canceled, we will make every effort to provide a timely explanation and, if applicable, offer suitable alternatives.
